We have four
shipping methods, all estimates based on receipt of
order and the printing
schedule day, not necessarily the day of your order.
1. Priority
Shipping: Deliver 3-5 business days.
2. Ground Shipping:
Deliver 5-7 business days.
3. Next Day Shipping: Guaranteed next day
delivery after production.
Monday through Friday, not
including holidays and weekends.
Saturday delivery is
available upon request with an additional
$10.00
charge.
4. Global Express Shipping: International shipping available
for most
destinations worldwide. Deliver 5-8 days,
depending on
destination country's custom
policies.

Q: How do we handle a
returned package?
A: Returned packages are mainly due to incorrect shipping
address.
We will notify you upon receipt of a returned package via e-mail
and reship to the correct address. Additional shipping and handling
charges will apply.
Q: What happens if the order gets lost in
delivery?
A: If you have not received your order within 30 days of
shipment,
please contact us. When we have confirmed a delivery failure, we
will
reprint again & ship via priority mail without additional
charge.
(We are not responsible for incorrect shipping address.)

Terms of
Service
1) Liability: We will not liable for any results of
your wrongdoing or
misuse. You agree not to use our site to produce or cause
any unlawful,
offensive or obscene materials.
2) Cancellation:
Once an order has been placed, it is immediately placed
in the production
schedule. If the order status is "pre-press", not
printed yet, then the
order can be cancelled; this will incur a $10.00
cancellation
charge.
3.) Customer Error: Upon submission of an order, if the
customer finds
an error (customer typo, wrong ink color, wrong paper
selection, wrong
shipping address), please notify us immediately by phone.
As long as
the order has not been printed, we will make every attempt to
correct
customer error. However, if you discover an error and the order
has
already been printed, you will be fully responsible for the order.
4.) Refund: There are no refunds for customer error.
The web
site clearly states that the order will be processed as designed
by the
customer. Any typos, font selection and size, layout, ink
selection errors,
or shipping address errors are the sole responsibility
of the customer.
Any printing quality issues will be fully investigated. If we find
that
the printing quality is at issue, we will reprint and ship
without
extra charge. Information on the product, font selection, layout,
paper
and/or ink selection can not be edited.
5.) Return: We
will not accept returns of any product for a full refund
for any reason. All
products sold on this site are considered personal in
nature and therefore
not resalable.
6.) Shipment: USPS (United States Postal Service)
is the shipping and
delivery carrier. Four shipping methods are
available:
Ground - delivery within 5-10 business days
Priority - delivery
within 3-5 business days
Next Day - delivery next day
Global Express
(International) - delivery within 8-10 business days,
depending on
respective country
Ground, Priority, and Global Express shipping is not
trackable.
7.) Extra Charge: Additional charges will apply for
orders that require close
registration, flat printing, translation services
or special PMS ink colors.
Conditions of Use
1) All
graphics, clip art, including background images, and software program code
are the sole properties of Businesscards.com. At no time will there be
permission
to copy, redistribute, publish and/or reproduce any content of
this site.
2) The printout or software downloaded from this site,
including but not limited
to images, content or files is for personal or
non-commercial use only.
Not at any time is this allowed for commercial use.
We do not warrant that use
of this site will not cause computer damage or
virus infection to your computer.
3) You agree not to use any registered
trademarks or logos without written
permission from their respective
owners.
4) This site includes links to other sites on the world wide
internet for other
services. These sites are governed by a third party. You
can access or use
these sites at your own risk. In no event will
Businesscards.com be liable for
direct, indirect, incidental or consequential
damages or loss you may suffer
or allege to suffer in connection with your
use of or reliance upon any content,
goods or services available on or
through any third party website
5) We have provided a tool that creates
1/4"margin border for your business card
layout. You can move text/images
past the margin with the arrow key, but do so
at your own risk. Anything
closer than 1/8" to the edge of card is at risk of misprint.
