Resolution: 600 dpi resolution.
File Type: PNG (Recommended), JPG.
Color Mode: Bitmap
Your image size may vary, generally a logo size on a business card is
approx. .75 x .75 inch. We recommend to design 1 x 1 inch (600 x 600
dpi), then size to fit on the editor. The resolution should match or
the image will scale to match.
As a bitmapped, black and white image, the ink color is determined in the editor.
Two color images.
If your logo has two colors. You will need to save two files, one for
each color. The image size should be IDENTICAL to each other so that
when they are overlayed, the color registration is exact.
Name each file to include the color name, so that it’s easy to manage in the editor.
Images copied from websites are generally not acceptable. As they are
72 dpi, standard, and the image quality is too poor for print
reproduction

The file should be a flat graphic, though all are acceptable, it is recommended to use PNG files.
The compression used in other formats can cause a loss of image quality.
